Darrin Kagele, M.A., LMFT Primary Therapist

Darrin Kagele is a California Board licensed Marriage and Family therapist with 8+ years of extensive client experience in addiction treatment. He holds a Master’s degree from Antioch University in clinical psychology with an academic concentration in family, depth, and spiritual psychology.

 

Darrin has worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, addiction treatment, and in private practice. Additionally, Darrin brings his lifetime personal practice and teaching background in meditation to his mindfulness-based interventions, helping clients positively and compassionately transform their lives.

 

During his years serving in the area of community mental health, Darrin facilitated a weekly program for the public at Southern California Counseling Center, which focused on teaching mindfulness skills such as meditation, awareness, and body scanning, to promote emotional resilience, stress reduction, self-compassion, and substance relapse prevention.
